All MHS cats have been spayed or neutered (age and health permitting), vaccinated, and given a microchip. Adoption fees are shown in most cat profiles. I am a very good boy, although very shy at first I do come around quickly. I might hide under the bed for a little while but soon will be out to play with you. In my foster home I have learned to like a big big yellow Labrador and another kitty; however I would really do best in a quiet home with just one or two people and little children scare me, so does the ceiling fan! I am very comical and love chasing your feet when you are walking out of the room or having my tummy and head rubbed. I never make a mess in the house, I am not a picky eater, and I don't go outside it is all too scary to me but I do like sitting on the balcony. I am looking for my forever home with someone who has time to sit and cuddle with me and if you let me sleep on the bed that is even better. We were rescued when we were very young, I do not remember it anyhow, and we have been living together at a foster home for a few weeks now. All day we keep very busy playing together and staying in shape. Brother Flop says it is important to exercise; he says it promotes a catabolic state. When we are not chasing each other around the house, we are usually grooming (the older cats taught us), or catching a sunbath by the window. I can pull him out from under his hiding spot (the bed) and onto my lap and he will purr.. yes, he is scared initially and is on the timid side, but he has not bitten or scratched me and appears to want to know more about me. He is curious and has BIG yellow eyes that seem to take alot in. I think he will do well in a home with a gentle male cat who he can be friends and buddy up with. She is tentative with strangers and comes across as 'stand-off-ish' but really does enjoy the affection of human interaction and being around humans.
