	Megan - I'm a two year old female calico. I'm one of the sweetest cats you'll ever meet. I promise that I'll always keep your lap nice and warm, and give you lots of nuzzles. 	Kenny- PLEASE HELP!! I'm Kenny, and I really need a break. I was found near frozen and dehydrated on someone's porch. Although I was close to death, the Mississauga Humane Society took me in and nursed me back to health. I've been neutered - in fact, the picture you see was taken when I was still under from the operation. I look better when I'm awake. ;-) I'm about 8 years old. There are a couple things about me you need to know. First of all I tested positive for the Feline AIDS virus. That means that I can still have a long life, but I need to either be the only cat in a home or live with another cat who is positive for Feline AIDS. Please know that this disease does not transfer to people or dogs or any other species - just cats. There's one other thing - I have a handicap and the way I walk has been described as like a duck. I have pulled through everything and am doing well, and now I really need someone to take me home and love me. I'm quite handsome with my pewter grey coat. 	Sunny & Sher- WE REALLY NEED A HOME!! Sher (the mom), is about 6 yrs old, Sunny is my son, about 2 yrs old. .Sadly we were given up due to an ailment our previous and loving owner had and could no longer keep us. 	Keetie - is a Tortoise Shell/Calico DSH, with BIG yellow eyes. Keetie is a calm, well-behaved, and very sweet girl. She gets along with other cats fabulously and has a nurturing and gentle soul (she cared for many kittens I fostered). This is a cat who is always around and visible. Keetie loves to play with toys and other cats. She will come close to me and "observe" me or ask for treats (she will eat out of my hand), but still has not built up the trust for me to be able to pet her. I am sure that with patience, and TLC she will trust enough for her to become comfortable with human touch. Even though I can't touch her yet she is delightful company! Keetie would do well in a home with other cats and perhaps older children. This kitty was abandoned by her owners and forced to live outside despite her lovely character and perfect behavior - she is very deserving of that "forever" home you can offer her! 	Ned - male, DSH, orange tabby with white patches, is approx. 3 -4 years old. He is a neutered, microchipped , with all shots up to date. He is super friendly and loves to eat. He is great with other cats (even ones that are not so friendly) and could go to a multi-cat home easily. He is however diagnosed with Feline FIV, this is not transferable to humans, but is to other cats So, he would make a great pal to another kitty with FIV or in a home where he is the only cat. 	Bobby, aka Grimsby(the wonderful, cutest little hobo)- DSH, male, tabby, approx 2 -3 yrs old.. as described y his loving foster mom: "Bobby appeared in my yard this summer thin and dehydrated; since then he has transformed from a wild animal into a loving domestic cat who gets more friendly every day. Bobby is ready to move from temporary shelter and find his very own home. He likes listening to classical music, and just running around. Bobby is gentle by nature. He loves attention and needs lots of space. He would not do well in a small apartment or condo or in a home where people are largely absent. Bobby becomes territorial with other similarly masculine cats. He has been fine with docile females and other neutered males; please note, however, that his favourite game is “chase” and other cats are liable to misinterpret his intentions.
